The majority of this review was posted in 2015 earlier, but due to a slight spelling/grammar issue I've had to delete it to publish it as the Yelp mechanism would not allow me to change the review with it being so long since it was reviewed which is fair enough. Nando's in the Arndale... I have been put off visiting here for a while ; it is normally filled with heavy queues of guests, hence I have gone to other branches but I have been here 2 times in the past week or so, and not had a wait to be seated. Nando 's at the Manchester Arndale was previously one of the busiest and worse locations Nando 's have in the city, but it is getting back on track in my opinion. On a regular day, you should be prepared to wait longer than Nando 's other locations here if you 're visiting at the weekend or a peak time and you might want to visit another Nando 's location but that still doesn 't mean it 's bad at all. They had no problem letting me have two breast pieces for the 1/2 chickens I 've ordered which some stores normally dislike doing as it causes an imbalance between breast and leg pieces. Nando's have many branches around Manchester city centre, their Manchester Arndale location, as you would expect from a location inside a busy shopping centre, is probably their busiest. For a mall location, they've still made this store look pretty good, with the usual Nando's vibes and decor, there is also a good amount of seating, but at peak times (weekends, dinner time), you might have to wait a little while to be seated. The staff here are great, including one of the manager's, Wayne, who has even remembered my Nando's card number and order, and always delivers fantastic and friendly service! They atmosphere is pleasant, the staff attentive and the food hot! I had the sweet potato and butternut squash pita and chips. I found the flavor a bit bland but well done. They have many different sauces to compensate. Overall...Good Dining experience. Picture does no justice...

got there an hour before closing so was glad we still were able to get seated. the wings were very good, had double the meat than in the u.s. which is appreciated. the fries were very well seasoned and the perinaise just went well with everything.

I was in Manchester for 3 days, obviously to watch united play. For the dinner, I used to travel here to Arndale mall just to have their peri peri chicken. The service was on point and the food was delicious. Their menu was extensive as well.

although very busy and friendly member of staff quickly and politely showed us to a table. the food order taken and again was delivered both quickly and politely. chicken cooked as we like it.

I am a big fan of Nandos, but i didn't enjoy this time. The texture of chicken is soggy, the breast part is dry.
