I went in for the familia value pack (?) that serves 3-4 people and some other side dishes. My cousin recommended this to us and I had a great meal. The way that it works is not common--pay and order first, then served like it is a restaurant such as having a waitress and all that. We walked in and the man (I assume the owner) was very friendly and greeted us very kindly and then the waitress did as well. Both were very informative of our questions. We preceded to order and the food took less than 15 mins starting with garlic bread (a lot of it) and the other dishes started to come out quickly later. By the time we got our meals, it was evident that for $50 we would feed more than 3-4 people...
The Grilled Chicken and their Peri Peri sauce are what set Nando's apart from the sea of other Portuguese Chicken places. They actually bottle and sell the Peri Peri sauce and I have seen it sold at local grocers like Longos and Coppas. The Chicken is average but the Sauce is amazing. Just the perfect blend of tanginess and kick. The only sides worth ordering are the Fries and Mash as the Rice is either undercooked or bland. The Corn on the cob is overcooked and everything else is average.
I have been to this location several times and today was my last. I have had order issues and under-cooked food at this place a few times now. The owners refuse to acknowledge their errors and never apologize or try to make things right (in fact, they blamed me..even when I was over-charged). They are very rude and have no customer service skills. I will only be going to the Richmond Hill location from now on.
We went there few weeks ago. Even Though they were about to close they still took our order and served us. Staff was very friendly. Serving size was good and taste was amazing

Nando's was pretty hyped up to me as a Swiss Chalet competitor so I had to compare apples to applesorchicken to chicken rather.

Excellent grilled chicken and potatoe wedges. The service was also excellent. My overall experience was very positive.
i was not impressed with the quality of the food just bland i would not recommend any on to try this place
