As a regular eater at Nandos, both in the Crayford branch and takeaway, I ordered a two meals for delivery and to my surprise the order came with MISSING chips. I called the branch and spoke with someone called ‘Yeb or Yep’ and claimed she was the Manager. She was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful on the phone. I asked her whether she could contact the delivery team and arrange for the chips that i had paid for to be delivered and she said ‘you’re probably not going to get them so i can’t do that for you’. I’m sorry but WHAT NANDOS?! Since when do you pay for something and don’t get it? And you should be willing to put it right and rectify your mistakes. Your ‘Manager’ needs to be traine...
Visited with my adult son on one of the hottest days of the year and was relieved by how cool it was inside. Ordering using the QR code on the table and online was easy. The food came extremely quickly and whilst very tasty made the meal feel very like a fast food place it would take longer to get food in McDonald's. The 4 rather than 5 stars however is for the loud music we couldn't really chat over it. All of the staff we talked to were friendly and helpful the place was clean and we would return to a Nandos again.
I ordered from this Nando’s one evening, waited over an hour as food took ages to be cooked. Once received the food, we was missing a double chicken wrap. So we thought we’d cut the other double chicken wrap in half as was missing one meal already. As we cut into the double chicken wrap, there was a hair in the middle of it. Made us all feel sick. So we thought we’d eat our sides, but then also noticed on the halloumi there was more hair on it.. not just one piece but two pieces! Honestly never felt so disgusted.
Picked up a takeaway from here one evening in early May. We went in and ordered and the restaurant was very clean and organised and they seemed to be following all COVID procedures. Once ordered we waited outside until it was ready to pick up. When I got home and ate the food I have to say it was nothing special. I’d been waiting for this Nandos for a while and I was quite disappointed, hopefully it will be better when I dine in

My daughter in law purchased some food today and unfortunately assumed all Nando's were halal (the ones we have been to in London and the South were). Although the food had already been purchased and she had left, I called to explain that we were unable to consume the food. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to a staff member, Katie, who was courteous and professional and offered a refund, which I accepted.
Just picked up a take away Nando’s .. The staff were so rude Manager with pink hair refused to give me a pirinaise sauce .. I could t pay cash for it .. and didn’t add it to my online order!! Pathetic !!!!! Brilliant customers service WELL DONE !!!!! Absolutely useless.... well Done for representing Nando’s so well .... Massive power trip for the manager to refuse to give a sauce worth 50p away !!!! JOKE
Came here for a cheeky Nandos. I like the way they take your name and number now and text you when the tables ready, rather than waiting about like before. We came back to our table and had a large booth. The food came out on time and all together and tasted really nice. We had a good meal
We ordered Nando’s take out from the restaurant in Crayford. We prefer the take out service as it tends to be quicker and a bit hotter than getting it delivered. Highly recommend Nando’s and the restaurant at Crayford, but make sure you eat in or get a take away.

They must have a new manager as the old manager was miserable and put the staff on edge. It has improved since my last visit. The waitress was friendly, she took our order and the food came out shortly after. The portions were a little small however it was nice.
