we arrived at 5pm and it was very quiet,i ordered the classic chicken burger with lettuce and tomato with a side of chips..which was fine till it arrived,,the chicken itself was ok but the bun was inedable,brickhard,the chips were cold ,they forgot the tomato and my drink! went to order my husbands,a half roast chicken with a drink and a side..to be told there were no chicken on the bone left! we were too hungry to leave so he ordered the same as me with the same problems! even forgetting his drink also!! as for the price we were charged £22 for a bit of chicken each and some cold chips! shocking! for a lot less money we could went next door to prezzo, and have a lovely warm filling meal !,,...
Visited Nando’s in Intu Breahead (Not Soar) and it was a little disappointing. Normally we always go to Soar for a Nando’s as so far the best for 10 miles. Tried Intu Breahead for a change. Service was 3 star. No glasses given for drinks. A trainee was being trained but not once did they smile or look enthused. Dinner arrived, got the usual, full platter with 4 sides. Chicken was ok, peas were over wet and mash was dried out. Corn on the cob was served, without butter, and was dry and burned. We would have sent it back but we had already had to get replacement plates as they were dirty with actual food encrusted on them and rough to touch. Hostess seemed to have control on what was happening and kept updating us about our table, but seemed we waited longer than necessary. Shown to our table and it was sticky. Everything needed a good cleaning. Drink glasses warm, hard to find ice. Food came and dropped off. We had brought the sauces to our table ourselves. Ketchup bottle cap messy and cleaned it before using. My chicken leg looked scrawny and fries barely warm and not crisp. Mixed salad was nice but only one possible sauce could be used as dressing. Busiest place in the complex and I can’t figure out why. Doubt I would seek out the one in Chicago when in the area.
I Arrived at the restaurant today with my son and we were warmly welcomed by Kaley . We had just came from Gravity and had a bad experience ,as my son who has autism started telling Kaley. I was trying to sort out his wifi , order the food online snd calm him down . Kaley just came over to the table and told us lunch was on her today as she could see we were a bit out of sorts ... I have never been touched by someone’s kindness as I was today , it moved me to tears. There are still some beautiful kind people in this world . What a keeper you have Nando’s Xscape . My experience at Nando's was disappointing. Despite there being empty tables, we were told we had to wait half an hour for a table. After finally being seated in a half-empty restaurant, I ordered the half chicken but requested two leg pieces instead of a breast piece, as I usually do at other Nando's locations. However, the staff insisted I could only have one leg and one breast. This inconsistency in policy left me frustrated. The food was average, but the service was subpar. I believe the restaurant could benefit from better-trained staff. I will not be returning to this location.
We have recently visited Nando’s Breahead shopping center Glasgow. Food was over done and not even edible. When we complained it to the manger she came and first of all she was very rude and don’t even know how to deal with there customers. We explained to her about the quality of the food but she said she can’t do anything and every one is having the same food no one has complained us so-far. Will never go to this branch again.
Arrived at 6.25 pm just about to be seated by a nice young man when a rude surly staff member runs up to our group to say “we stop serving at 6.30”. My husband replies “it’s 6.25”. Her reply: “not on my watch”. What a dreadful attitude from ‘Kt’. Your clearly in the wrong job deary!
