Although these may seem like minor issues, the manager's attitude was what ultimately led us to leave and dine elsewhere. Not only did he make customers wait outside in the cold when there were empty tables inside, but his response to the broccoli situation was dismissive. When I questioned why they ran out, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "because we ran out." It seems that they could benefit from some customer service training, along with replenishing their stock of Garlic BBQ glaze and broccoli.

During our visit, the restaurant was quiet and we were seated promptly. We ordered a Chicken burger with chips, coleslaw, Diet Coke, and a Quarter chicken with salted chips, coleslaw, and Diet Coke. The food arrived quickly and was enjoyable, especially with Nando's Lemon Herb dressing.
Overall, it was a decent experience for fast food, with friendly staff. However, the surroundings were not very appealing with old and utilitarian furniture. The staff must work in a challenging environment, especially when busy. I would only return if I was in the area and hungry.
We went for a lunch/dinner for my sons birthday, one of my children has special needs and a disability making his very sensitive to noise and emotional in busy environments, which it is however staff here, especially a man Joe I want to point out was amazing catering to this enabled us to have a quieter area that made him comfortable and he was so helpful and kind to adapt for us I cannot praise the service enough! Amazing! And great food we all had a fantastic time xx
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday during lunchtime. We were initially shown to a table, but there was still food from the previous customer on the bench, so we had to wait for another table. While waiting for our food, we noticed that the entire place was in need of a good cleaning. The screens between tables were dirty and the restaurant as a whole looked unclean. The food was average at best, with warm fries. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.

I used to be under the impression that all Nando’s are pretty much the same but I was wrong! This one is by far the best one we have ever been to. We ordered our usual and it was the best one we have had, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the chicken breast wasn’t dry but most and melted in your mouth, the chicken also had a very good amount of sauce on tip and crispy skin. We will definitely make this our regular Nando’s- very much recommend!
Haven't been to Nandos for o er twenty years. Was a bit uncertain when invited out. Shouldn't have been! It was fantastic great menue, great service and value. The staff were brilliant. Sara and Zane served us and they were wonderful (I'm sure all the staff are super but they were the two staff members serving us). I'm definitely hoing again, soon, and taking my wife there. Thank you.
There was a little wait to be seated but that’s to be expected as it’s one of the only restaurants in this area. Had a few issues with the ordering but it was sorted and was nicely dealt with. Staff was friendly and overall great experience.
Really nice experience at this restaurant, had a slight issue with a gift card not loading at the till but the manager sorted it out in no time, will be visiting again as food was lovely and the staff are amazing

I am loving spice food and this give you just that, perfect taste and good service. Will come back for more.
