Nando's Noble Park

I very rarely write reviews, after being to a good 20 different Nando's this one was definitely the worst. Firstly they did not have my choice of drink, secondly they did not have any scraws but lets move onto the real stuff. Being accustomed to being able to help myself to cutlery, sauces, glasses, salt pepper etc at any Nando's, this Nando's seems to store all these necessities under lock and key. You have to ask for everything, when I had asked for some cutlery the manager told me, dont worry here we bring out the cutlery. Once my meal arrived I then had to chade him up for cutlery. This was my worst nandos experience. Take my words, this particular nandos at noble park is doing nothing but ripping people. No handwash in washroom, no sauces..they just 4 of them, which are then rotated from table to table. Above all no extra plates and water. When it comes to drinks, these guys only have 390ml.. so literally one cannot make a choice. I am not going back there even if it was to be the last restaurant on earth. Especially after how this old lady shameslessly spoke to my sister when she tried to taste her biryani while we were dining in. That was the worst experience I've had. Trust me, the special Nando's in Noble Park is not worth it. There was no hand wash in the restroom, no sauces, and only four staff members who were rushing from table to table. They didn't even provide extra plates or water. Their drink options were limited to 390ml, so you couldn't even choose. I will never go back there, even if it's the last restaurant on Earth. Especially after an old lady rudely spoke to my sister when she tried a bite of her Biryani. We gave her feedback but all she did was give us a cold, insincere smile that showed she didn't care about our experience. This place does not value its customers. My family of six arrived at the restaurant and were seated at a table meant for four people, even though there was a larger table reserved for eight that the owners seemed unaware of. I inquired about the group expected to occupy the larger table, but was told that they could not be contacted. As a result, the table remained reserved all day. Additionally, the restaurant was lacking several sauces and the chicken was disappointingly dry. Despite having enjoyed previous visits to Nando's restaurants, this particular experience fell short of expectations.

This Nando's restaurant is our favorite, primarily because of the excellent service from the staff. They always remember our usual orders, greet us with a smile, and the food is consistently well-prepared. We have never had a disappointing meal here and always come back for more!

Great food and fresh meat. Consistently go here for dinner. 95% of the time I get fresh chips and tasty meet. Customer service could be polished up a notch as they don't seem to engage with the regular customers much or have the same hi...how are you every day.
