Not sure why I went back to this location. Chicken was undercooked last time. Delano Ct, Randolph St, and Michigan Ave in Chicago always take excellent care. This location in Oak Park, though, just can 't handle a rush in my limited experience.. but 0 2 isn 't a good outlook. Portion sizes are small not as generous as other locations. You 'd think closing tickets as complete in 10 minutes but actually taking 40 minutes to get two legs of chicken out the door would warrant some... gifts of apology. I mean what is this meager 7 teaspoons of rice? Pictured: 1 side of rice with a tea spoon I want to throw them a bone... I 've been on that side of the counter... but no condolence was given. I was at this location with some friends last weekend. I have not been to this particular location before but I have eaten at Nando 's elsewhere. It 's a cute looking place. But they messed up our order. And they were pretty slow with our order. Didn 't bring out all the things we ordered. We were able to get a refund. It is not the first time they got the order wrong. Some of the people I was with, say they often get orders wrong. Like it is a thing they do. And they just blame it on the new staff or on training day . Sounds a bit fishy to just blame the new guy for an old problem.
Food is just as great as the customer service atmosphere! Chicken always cooked perfectly how I request and staff is incredibly kind.
