Nando's Speke New Mersey

It was awful service food was late, service person was not trained at all to serve customers. After waiting a long time food was finally served but with NO plates for two of us to eat. Service person for the table said, no plates will give them when it’s available and left with no apologies or anything. Waiting over ten minutes while food was getting cold and finally had to get the manager to come and give us plates. Agian no apology or service. Horrible service all around and very disrespectful. Not family oriented at all.

Had an excellent experience Dani was very helpful explaining the chili points after me not understanding them for years. She did not stop cleaning, serving etc the whole time in my visit. Asked several times if everything was OK and very friendly. Shame she couldn't be cloned to all Nando restaurants Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Used to be my favourite but manger seems abit rude and judgy, chicken was overcooked and drinks where practically water, overall bad experience wont be coming back for a while.
