This is the most authentic place to enjoy Nanjing Salty Duck. Their secret lies in using a different type of duck that is leaner than those from other regions, resulting in exceptional flavor. I also have to mention the impressive cutting technique; each piece of duck is sliced thinly and beautifully presented. The meat is incredibly tender. As someone from Nanjing, I always buy this during traditional holidays to share with my parents and family.
I bought the whole duck but only got the body of the duck. The owner kept the feet, neck and wings to sale them separately. I paid $38.00 for the whole duck, it is kind of pricey, unfortunately,the owner is away too greedy!
A friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to buy some for my mom, who is a big fan of salty Nanjing duck. She says the flavor is authentic. Just a heads up, they only accept cash.
I absolutely loved it! There aren't many places that offer this dish, but they certainly know how to prepare it well. I can't wait to return and sample more items from the menu. Reserva una mesa ahora
The beef shin noodles were quite delicious and offered great value at $10. The service and friendliness, however, were just average. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
The salted duck is excellent, and the turkey gizzards were also delightful. Parking is conveniently located in front for easy access.
Total hole in the wall with serious expertise in Nanjing salted duck. Go early, they sell out of the good cuts.
