I'm really disappointed that they've changed their recipes. I've been dining here since the 1980s, and it has always been a family favorite. Even relatives from out of town would always want to eat here when they visited. I decided to try the falafel again after a year or two, and it wasn't the same at all. The pita is different, the tahini has changed, and the falafel balls are not what they used to be. The Israeli falafel and cuisine here are delicious, authentic, and fresh! The pizza and other Italian-American dishes are also fantastic. Plus, the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable!
The pizza features a fantastic crust and generously sized slices. If you're nearby, it's definitely worth a try. The atmosphere has a charming old-school vibe.
Falafel was made fresh and was delicious. We had falafel in pita bread and chose the add ons. Reasonably priced $9 per person. Will definitely come back again.

The place is a bit old, etc., although the pizza itself is not bad, there are not a lot of spices, and all kinds of little things that might annoy...
My go-to when in Queens for consistently delicious falafel. The gentile workers diligent, helpful, and friendly.
Best pizzeria!! I have been coming here since I was a kid and loved the pizza and prigat. Highly recommend!
