Napoleons Casino restaurant is not only the best restaurant in Bradford but best of many in the UK. The food is delicious and even though there was nothing wrong with the old restaurant, the refurb is spectacular and looks very New York. The meal is incredible value for money and the food is top notch. We always get a very warm welcome from the lovely Ashley on reception and Sarah and Ramenta look after us brilliantly in the restaurant. I also need to give Linda a mention who looks after bookings, she will always squeeze us in if she can when I’ve left booking a tribute too late. We attended a Blues Brothers tribute night at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no booking for our party of 8 and that the evening was fully booked. Thankfully, after showing the two kind ladies my email booking, they were able to sort it out right away. I was really impressed by their outstanding customer service! The food was delicious, the staff were fantastic, and we had a great night overall. We will definitely be returning in the future.
We used to love this place, since refurb and price increase the food standard has gone down. The resturant is so noisy as it's now open plan. We ordered soup and it came out stone cold. The main I hardly ate, it's lost its quality standard in food. The service from main TL in resturant was superb, she couldn't do enough for us but I don't think we will be hurrying back which is a pity as we have been dining here for past 10yrs.
The portion sizes at Napoleons have been significantly reduced. I have been a regular customer for years, visiting several times a year, but recently the meals have not been worth the cost. The price has increased to £25, yet you will still leave hungry after three courses because all portion sizes have been cut down, from starters to desserts.

Booked for our annual friends Xmas lunch. Brilliant atmosphere lovely staff. Food was absolutely scrumptious, mine was the vegetarian option of Mushroom Wellington with all the trimmings. Compliments to the chef it was awesome. Well presented and plenty on the table. Definitely going again. Thank you all.
Honestly can not believe what we paid for this meal the food was amazing I can not beleive that we have never been before will be returning on a regular basis . Excellent food great service and nice decor !! To top it off we won on the free bets we were given as part of the offer !!
If you're not into the Casino scene, don't worry - the food at this restaurant is worth a try! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly. The venue is very clean and I would highly recommend giving it a go.
Amazing night! We came for my friends birthday and it was great from start to finish. Food was amazing and well presented. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great night and definitely will be back. Thank you!
