Napoli And Pizzeria

All I can say is we had the worst experience and completely embarrassed by the Owner Anthony Pingue! Anthony should be ashamed of himself on how he conducted himself tonight. What a shame to his father who built and fostered such a caring brand. There were alot of people there that witnessed his behaviour that know him and validated to us that he should not be in business and that he doesn't care about his customers. We brought close friends from out of town for their first time and we were completely appalled by his complete ignorance and arrogance. What a piece of ****. Anthony, thank you for ruining our evening and it cost us $400 too! Well done!

We have had the privilege of going to this amazing establishment for years whether it be to celebrate graduations, anniversaries, engagements, birthdays or just simply a night out with loved ones. Anthony and the entire staff are always gracious and welcoming and so hardworking. And I haven’t even gotten to how delicious the food is! It is so authentic and the prepared from the heart. My favourite is the cavatelli abruzzese. ‘Life is a combination of magic and pasta!’ ?Cheers Napoli!

The food was outstanding! Every dish I tried was fantastic. This is the exact type of Italian restaurant I've always dreamed of visiting. The server provided excellent recommendations that helped enhance my dining experience. The atmosphere is tranquil, complemented by soft jazz music, and you can comfortably dine in casual attire. If I weren't over 2,300 miles away, I would definitely visit at least twice a month!

We had an outstanding experience from the service to the food—truly exceptional! We visited for a staff Christmas party, and we’ll definitely return. Everyone loved their meals and the inviting atmosphere. This is a place you should definitely add to your list. Trust me, you'll be glad you did! My taste buds are still celebrating! Exceptional service and warmth! We always make it a point to visit Napoli whenever we’re in Niagara Falls. The fresh homemade pastas and delectable pizzas never disappoint. This restaurant consistently impresses, and we highly recommend it. A big shoutout to Anthony and his friendly, attentive team!

Excellent dinner and service. The focaccia bread they served when we first sat down was to die for! I could have eaten that all night! Everything we had was fresh and delicious, just like Italy. Can’t wait to go back. The Pingue family is top notch everytime!
