I called ahead before placing an online order to confirm that I could substitute the meat, as I cannot eat pork, and I was told that I could. However, once I placed the order and called to request the substitution, they made it clear that I would only receive pork in my Stromboli and that no substitutions were allowed. I've never encountered a restaurant that outright refuses to accommodate a meat substitution for someone who cannot eat a specific type of meat.
Two times I have ordered Togo and the order was not placed. I love Italian but this place is absolutely the worst. Service sucks and food is not good, I keep trying hoping it will be as good as the others but sorry there is no hope for this one. Go somewhere else.. I've ordered takeout from here twice, and both times my order didn't get placed. I really love Italian food, but this restaurant is the worst I've encountered. The service is terrible, and the food isn't good either. I've kept trying, hoping it would live up to my expectations like other places do, but unfortunately, I have no hope for this one. I recommend going somewhere else.
I had lunch at the restaurant and ordered the Chicken Parmesan, which came with spaghetti, a salad, and rolls. I couldn't resist getting the tiramisu for dessert—it was so delicious! The chicken was incredibly tender and easy to eat with a fork. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service is fair one visit and not good the next week. There is a karaoke show on Tuesday, big crowd , I think they get overwhelmed. It is small restaurant. Overall 10.
