Napolitano Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I used to really like this place and the pizza here. However the last few times the pizza has been so wet and soggy. It tastes good, but the texture of the middle of the pie is wet. I would never order pizza for takeout here as I can’t imagine how soggy it would be at that point, if it’s so soggy fresh out of the oven. Also the last time I came to ask for a table outside, the snotty young hostess briefly looked outside, then looked down her nose and said “we don’t actually have any tables for the rest of the night.” Interesting, considering there were 4 empty tables outside, it was only 7 pm, and they don’t take outdoor reservations. First time customer. Probably one done. They charged us for Ice ... We were a party of 6. Ater a couple/few drinks per person, and at $2 per glass, it adds up. Manager said he 's never seen this? Sounded clueless. Must be a severe disconnect between the front of the house and the back, at the cost of its patrons. Food was very good, as was service, but let 's be real, it 's just pizza. Plenty of other good pizza restaurants in the North Shore that don 't change for Ice . Disappointing

I live very close to Napoli, and I ordered chicken parmesan. It was full of canned tomatoes, impossible to eat, like garbage! Please be very careful when you order something other than pizza. I give them a thumbs up for pizza, but not for anything else. I'm sorry, I was expecting better quality!

All of the food was simply terrible. Pizza was completely soggy, and the caesar salad was TINY and tasted like they used tuna instead of anchovies in the sauce. I've literally never had worse, even in a school cafeteria. I don't think I'd eat here again even if it was free.
