Narai Thai Restaurant

Was planning to go here to try it out but was put off by the owners reply to one customers bad review. Although I understand frustration and unfairness of google reviews its best to leave bad reviews alone especially when its genuine customer review talking about the food they had. Most people would have thought it's a one off bad review as the restaurant as a whole has over 600 reviews above 4 stars. But seeing a bad reply puts alot of people off about the owner not necessarily the food

Would not recommend coming here. A lot of the vegetables came out raw (i.e. weren’t fully cooked). A lot of the ingredients (i.e. vegetables) that were advertised on the menu were even missing. Same went for the tofu, which came out barely cooked too. And finally, a non vegetarian (i.e. meat/chicken) meal comes with nearly no meat. PS I don’t think the issue of poor food quality was understood here.

The service was attentive and the atmosphere closed in but comfortable. The food was no stand out, it was no better nor worse than any other Thai restaurant. I thought quite pricey for what you actually got. There are many other Thai places that do it better and although l would eat there again I would not rush to do so.

This place USED to be amazing but it's gone downhill. The curry puffs are smaller and the meals have less flavour as if they are watered down now. It's also pricier than other restaurants similar.

Best Thai ever. Really recommend getting Roti Bread and stuffing it with some Coconut Rice and Massaman honestly delicious
