Our vacation at the Narzissen Vital Resort was already at the beginning of 2022 but since I have not received a response from management to my complaint email to date, I am now putting my complaint online: My wife and I were really looking forward to our first relaxing vacation in a long time. When we checked in, we were impressed by the beautiful, stylish design of our spacious suite and the entire hotel. Unfortunately, the following extremely negative impressions accumulated over the following two days: On the first evening we reserved a table in the restaurant. Very nice wellness Hotel. We went spontaneously for one night/two days and really enjoyed it. modern rooms, we had a lot of space, very clean great Sauna area, everything you need, nice pools all looks new, clean very nice and kind staff (extremely friendly young man at the gym, very kind ladies at the spa reception who gave me a broom to clean snow off my car the food was excellent taste wise, only tiny nitpicking i will do is that one fish portion at dinner was a bit small for the asking price : very nice breakfast with complete offering, we didn’t miss anything My wife and myself were very positively surprised and are looking forward to our next stay! Service: 5
Positive: very nice wellness area, friendly staff in the wellness area, very good breakfast, cleanliness Negative: Reception (staff unfriendly , bad rooms (in need of renovation, such as leaking shower hose, worn furniture,... Conclusion: We have stayed at this hotel several times and unfortunately the service and experience has deteriorated the last time.
Tagesgast: Sehr schöne Anlage. Ausgezeichnete Saunalandschaft mit FKK-Solebecken. Wünschenswert wäre ein Schnelltrockner für die Badebekleidung. Auf Nachfrage leider nicht vorhanden. Etwas störend ist der Küchengeruch aus der Kantine zur Mittagszeit. Aufgrund der offenen Bauweise wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Aber insgesamt super zufrieden, werde wieder kommen.

Large hotel with a lot of car parking spaces. Situated quite a distance from Hallstatt town in Austria. We stayed here as it offers great value for money and big rooms with great food and bar. However it offers great spa facilities as well. Service: 5
Friendly reception, excellent breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, courteous service, clean rooms/bathroom/toilet. The sauna area has everything you need to relax. In short, we felt comfortable all around. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

No free loungers in the thermal baths for hotel guests. Generally the staff also very unmotivated and not at all polite.
