This is my go-to spot for smoothies! I highly recommend the PBJ flavor. I also like to add the Power Blend supplement—it gives me the perfect boost in the middle of the day, especially on busy workdays! The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. Plus, they always have great music playing!

A must go-to place after a good workout by the Youfit next door. With a friendly and clean environment, the food smoothies made here are very nutritious to enjoy. I highly recommend stopping by when Cynthia is working. She knows what she is doing.
