This has been my go to kebab shop for a while, but they seriously disappointed me tonight. I ordered a doner meatbox, and they took that order with no issue. As I was waiting, I could hear them turning down requests for doner because they were all out. They never reached out to me (I was sitting in the shop) to tell me that they could no longer make my order. When I opened the meatbox at home, I could very clearly see they had done half doner and half chicken without telling me or offering any compensation. I expect better services for a meatbox of this price. Still tasty tho. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
One of my favourite Kebab places in Perth! An absolute gem with some of the best Kebabs and Meat Boxes I've had. The food is exceptional and the customer service is nothing short of amazing! Naz and the team are some of the most friendly people, and they put in so much effort in giving you the best possible meal. I am a regular customer here and for good reason. As a customer I feel welcomed every time I step in the restaurant and the interactions with the employees are always friendly. The food is nothing short of delicious with good portion sizes and that is why I continue to be a regular customer. Went here for lunch. Ordered lamb and spinach gozleme, taste good, and the chilli sauce not bad. They said they food was halal. Waiting time a bit long. Because they always make a fresh dough. They said to order via phone first so it'll shorten our waiting time. I would suggest when you are very hungry reach at Istanbul Herdsman Kebab house ask a very Friendly staff about food it will not take a long to bring on your table. When it comes to food and test I've got great in it as well. Vegetarian options: All you like in your way. OMG!! Best EVER kebabs and in-house made bread! I don’t even go anywhere anymore as these guys are the bomb. Fresh ingredients and succulent meat sooo good

Asked for pita bread for 6 and charged me 6.50 because I used a card. I said that’s ridiculous to charge me .50 and he said oh well. Not going back.
