the personal management ruined a beautiful evening with their rude behavior. group of 10 booked farewell dinner for colleagues. the food was pleasant. 3 could not do it last minute. not call, sick child, etc. all legitimate reasons. $20 for each person not there. blind-sided as nowhere in writing this was recommended at the arrival?! as a table near $500. not good enough we make a big scene and demand the payment of the $20 each penalty! greedy rude and disgusting people! do not worry about this place. oh forget that a waitress has passed a watermelon cocktail over the chef and his wife without any more, but I don't understand this as light management No, I'll never go back there. work in cu...
my sister for birthday. we had a table of 10 and we ordered the posh roast, it said on the menu it comes with rind meat dripping bratkartoffels, they must run out because all on the table got them but I! the kartoffels I received, where light in color and raw in me I spoke with the waiter and they took the kartoffels back and blinked them back and gave them back this is a strange taste, the Colliflower cheese. I also ordered extra yorkshire puddings and they were dry. my partner tried to eat the garlic puwns because they were full of chili and he eats nothing spicy. the service I received from the waiter was amazing, but that's why I'm giving an additional star.
Went to chapters for mine and my sisters birthday dinner. For entree we ordered salami, duck croquettes, and the cob loaf (all amazing but the duck croquettes were phenomenal . For the mains we had lamb cutlets, barramundi and Mac and cheese (again all were delicious but my lamb cutlets were so so good! The service was amazing. Kevin checked on us all night and looked after us and so did the two lovely blonde ladies waiting our table. We also had another gentleman coming over and cracking some jokes which added to a good atmosphere.Thanks so much to the chapters team, I will definitely be back : everything was perfect.
