If you're a food enthusiast, I recommend steering clear of this restaurant. While it presents itself as a place that takes its cuisine seriously, it falls short in practice. The moment my plate arrived, I could see the lack of care, consideration, and culinary skill, which was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the waitstaff did absolutely nothing to improve the experience. After waiting so long for the opportunity to dine here, I won't be returning unless there is a change in management. On a positive note, the location is lovely, with large windows that overlook the pond, and they do have a nice selection of wine. However, they would be much better off if they focused solely...

Not sure why when we walked in and the place is 80% empty the host who was not very respectful tried to set up at the same table with another couple whom we don't even know. Even the other party was appalled by the fact that they were trying to sit us right next to them... only we are the ones who got up and left before they did. Ask the host to sit us up stairs and he said that everything is reserved even though we said we're going to be here for about 20 minutes. the upstairs was fully empty only had one table out of 20 filled. The Host was disrespectful and not accommodating. Can't speak on what the food was like unfortunately first impressions do play a role

Can I give it 4 1/2 stars? Great list. Wines by the Glass are good, but not of the highest quality. The bottle list is very large. The beers were very interesting. The food was very good, it’s called small plates, but they are very large for small plates. Because of a wheat allergy, we mostly had salads -unfortunately they don’t have many gluten-free options. The location is great. The service was underwhelming and disinterested. We sat outside and to be honest it was dirty.

The ambiance is good but the food just keeps disappointing, it’s mediocre at best and usually cold which doesn’t help. We keep going back thinking this time will be different but it never happens unfortunately. The Korean wings used to be fire but now they’re super dry with barely any sauce. Phenomenal dining experience at Nektar this weekend! Fantastic menu and wine selections. We enjoyed the shareable small plates. Everything was fantastic. Beautiful view and stunning ambiance. Excellent and timely service. All around 5 stars. I will definitely be back!

This place was suggested to me and I was not disappointed. Enjoyed the short ribs, honey tomato bruschetta and coconut curry scallops alongside a glass of cava. This is a great place for tapas, wine beer! Love the outdoor dining and will return when I'm in the area!

Extensive selection of liquors, and most of the small-plate specials are tasty, but some are disappointing. (Avoid the meatball sliders, which are no better than what you'd get in your neighborhood pizzeria. Great location right on the canal.

Great seat on the deck. Food was exceptional, don't miss the foie gras! Service is top-shelf as are the whiskey flights.

The food and location are simply outstanding. We had our company dinner there and shared 20 incredible dishes.
