I have been a resident of Ladera for a long time and have been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning, especially since there are two others nearby. I visited with my toddler on a Thursday afternoon and when I walked in, there was no one in sight. I thought they may have closed early since I didn't hear or see anyone. After a few minutes, someone finally came out from the back. Their attitude was okay, but not overly friendly or apologetic for the poor service. I came in a week later to see if they had turned the music down, they finally turned it down so it's possible to actually talk to the person who's helping you. From now on, I will only pay with cash because when you pay with a credit card it forces you into giving them a tip. The choices are either no tip or larger tip than I think is necessary. I don't mind giving a dollar tip but there's no choice for that. And once more, you have to tip before you get service so you don't know whether or not it's good service or not. I reward good service, but I hate to tip prior to knowing what I'm going to be getting. In this case, they should've tipped me the service was pretty slow. Next time, I bring...

We love Nektar! Been a customer for years. We came in to grab some bowls and a smoothie for ourselves and our toddler. Waited 45 min for three times! My husband had to ask where our items were because everyone else was receiving their orders that came way after us. They gave a blank stare, found our receipt and said oh ok we'll work on that now. They completely forgot about us! No apology! What in the world. Our poor two year old was hungry and so over it. Not cool.

Decided to give Nekter another try, i'm upset to say i'm once again disappointed. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but when I pay $10 for a berry smoothie that tastes like water I feel the need to say something. Had to get a second opinion in case I was getting sick, and I was right, tastes like a waste of my money. I don't think it's the employees fault considering this has been a reacquiring problem for the past 2 years I have tried Nekter. Reserva una mesa ahora

Made my day!!! I went to Nekter to get a ginger shot and first of all it was fantastic and make me feel energized and ready for the day! Secondly the worker (Kenzie I think was her name) was so nice and thoughtful and actually asked me how I was and it truly blessed me just a simple interaction like that makes me want to go back to Nekter! You guys are all the best and I greatly appreciate all you've done for me, even without knowing it!

I enjoy picking up an acaicale to breakfast on the way to work. the personal is friendly. sometimes I take one of the fresh vegan side starters. as an example, I use the broccoli entree in sauces over pasta. nectar, however, does not provide nutritional information about their dishes.

Would be a 5 star review without question, smoothies are amazing! But they have stupid “policies” with their app/rewards program…such as, you can’t pay more to upgrade the size. To think a business actually made this decision on purpose is just mind blowing. SMDH

Nektar Ladera Ranch is the best! they always have a smile and make the yummiest smoothies! I always have my own custom blend and they get it right, I also just did the cleanse and it took my sugar cravings away.Wendy Finley Reserva una mesa ahora
