This was our first AND LAST time coming here. As we were seated, we asked for one of the available booths, but were told we had to be seated at a table. Then the next three guest parties got the booths.They have a free arcade with free video games (kinda cool and my son enjoyed it) in the other unused section which had booth dividers which better utilized and broke up the yet unused space, whereas the main seating area is one uncomfortably big open space.I ordered the frozen painkiller which ended up to being a horrendous premixed tasting (and SOUR) piña colada definitely NOT MADE FRESH nor sampled before sending it out. I ordered carryout online on November 11th (this past Saturday). After placing an order for two ramen bowls, I was informed that my order would be ready at 7:07 PM. I arrived at 7:05 PM, and the staff member told me, "They're just finishing it up," so I sat at the bar and waited. I had previously enjoyed carryout from here, so I thought I’d give it another chance. However, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was quite off-putting for a place that serves ramen; the decor and design did not align with the type of food being offered. After waiting for 20 minutes—by now it was around 7:25 PM—the bartender casually asked if I wanted a free drink. Honestly, I just wanted my food. The restaurant...
After waiting a considerable time without any check-ins—especially surprising since the restaurant was not busy—we got up to leave. The owner then confronted us outside, using rude language and making threats. We told him we would pay for the "dumplings," but when we returned to settle the bill, we were charged $45 for a $10 dish that we hadn’t even touched. The owner was incredibly disruptive—shouting, banging on the walls, and even physically pushing us as we walked away. I anticipate that the owner will respond to this review defensively, as he has done in the past, rather than genuinely considering the feedback to improve his establishment.
The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price! The service was quick and the communication was great. We assume the owner was checking in on guests after the meals were served to see how everyone was enjoying their food. The bubble tea was incredibly fresh, the build-your-own bowl was the perfect comfort food, and the ice cream was delightfully creamy! I can't wait to come back! Very good savory Ramen. We also ordered a Carryout. Everything was really delicious. The Staff were very attentive, everyone seemed to work together to ensure a great experience. We ordered grandma’s egg rolls, hot buns, OG Ramen, and curry beef ramen. We also ordered chicken fried rice which honestly was lacking flavor compared to the other things we ordered. We had a great experience and are so glad we tried this place. Our new ramen spot!
Our server, Carolina, went above and beyond for us tonight! We ordered a large and a small boba, but there was a mix-up between my husband’s and my drinks. To make up for it, they generously gave us an extra large boba and offered a discount on our order. The ramen was absolutely delicious, too! Thank you for a wonderful evening and an amazing meal. This has become our new favorite noodle spot, and we can't wait to return!
