This restaurant used to offer generous portions at affordable prices. However, after undergoing a renovation, the portion sizes have decreased and prices have increased. For example, a bowl of noodle soup now costs $7.99, making it no longer a budget-friendly option. The lunch specials, priced in the $8-10 range, come with small portions, prompting diners to seek out other options for inexpensive Chinese cuisine. The staff also appears to be new, leading to speculation that the restaurant may have changed ownership. Unfortunately, these changes have led some customers to prefer Ming's, a nearby restaurant that offers better variety, prices, and larger portions, just a 5-minute drive away.

The restaurant is situated in the furthest corner of a bustling supermarket shopping area. It serves a variety of Hong Kong-style Western dishes along with Chinese stir-fry options. We visited for breakfast and brunch, enjoying dishes such as pork chops on a sizzling hot plate, an egg sandwich, French toast, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the French toast, which was generously filled and almost two inches thick! While the restaurant may not stand out from the main street, it is consistently crowded during peak hours, indicating a loyal customer base. We visited three mornings during our time in Toronto.

This Chinese cafe is both delicious and affordable. While it may be on the smaller side, the portions are generous and there are plenty of options on the extensive menu. The Sichuan beef served on rice and the beef tongue on noodles were both incredibly tasty, and the meal even included tea, soup, and a drink. The total cost for two people, including tax and tip, was only $18. While the food may not be gourmet, it is hearty and healthy. I will definitely be returning. The value for the price earns this restaurant 5 stars, otherwise it would be a 4-star rating.

The restaurant is hidden in the far end corner of a busy super market shopping plaza. It offers a wide variety of Hong Kong style of western cuisine to chinese stir fry dishes. We were there for breakfast and brunch. We had pork chop on hot plate, egg sandwich, french toast, and milk tea. I specially like the french toast, which has a choice of filling and almost 2" thick! The restaurant is not noticeable from main road, but it gets crowded in the peak hours, that shows it has lots of returning customers. We were there for 3 mornings in our Toronto visit! Tasty and inexpensive Chinese café. Somewhat tiny, but the portions and what they offer are substantial. Huge menu with single plate type offerings, so many choices. The Sichuan beef brisket on rice and the beef tongue on noodles were both so tasty and they include included tea, soup and drink. Tax and tip for two $18! Nothing gastronomically outstanding, just hearty, wholesome cuisine. Definitely returning!Value makes this worthy of 5 stars, otherwise a 4star

The restaurant could greatly enhance its service by offering better options for chilled drinks. I ordered a cold beverage to take out and even offered to pay for the cup, but I was met with a rude refusal. They insisted that the drink was only for consumption with food on the premises. They advised against taking it with me if I couldn't finish it. This encounter was honestly the only amusing moment I experienced at a Hong Kong-style cafe in Canada.

I used to go to this restaurant with my parents, and the food was always top-notch. It was formerly owned by a couple from Hong Kong, but since the new owners took over, I've noticed a significant drop in quality.

Good baked rices that come in combos with milk tea. Very small resto, not many seats._Solid option for HK style cafe, not an overwhelming selection of options. Reserva una mesa ahora
