New Generation Hot Pot

New Generation is a buffet-style hot pot restaurant where you can eat as much as you want. My experience was average. The total cost was $40 including tax and tip. I found the quality of the meat to be decent. The beef was not as tender as I had hoped, and the lamb was average. There is a small conveyor belt in the center of the restaurant, but it did not offer a wide variety of options, so we mainly ordered from the servers. It would have been helpful if the menu had pictures of each item to make it easier to choose. The servers were friendly and the music played varied genres. There are TVs on both sides of the restaurant.

The menu is all you can eat for an adult T $30.99 plus an added automatic 18% gratuity regardless of the size of your party. Each table seats 4 hotpots and l believe there are also tables for 6. Choose your broth, meat, seafood, noodles, veggies, etc. and then there is a conveyor belt with items such as mushrooms, noodles, spinach, and other items on rotation. The staff is very attentive and able to answer your questions regarding the cooking times. They also come by to add

Really delicious and filling. I got pork bone soup but any is good. They have a sauce bar as well as a conveyor belt for any small amounts of things you want to order. They also have a little area of fruits and deserts which was nice as well. The price is $40 per person which is a little bit on the expensive side which was one less star. Boston's Spring Shabu Shabu is $21/person for more offerings but this place was great quality!

It's all you can eat and a great place for a date! Service was great and fast. Only thing I would suggest is that the pictures on the screen you select from are somewhat hard to tell what they will look like when they're cooked, but doesn't take away this is still a 5 star place.

Lunch at this restaurant was a delightful experience. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Hot Pot, Pork Bone, and Dipping Sauces.
