This was a horrible experience! Customer service is beyond bad! I ordered wings and a large cheese pizza and boy do I regret it! The pizza was oily! I asked for extra sauce? and got very little sauce! I ordered 8 wings and got chicken bites! When I called to get the issue resolved, Juan was so rude, refused to let me speak to the owner or manager and told me that the wings are small because they use little chickens. They must use Cornish hens! It?s clear they have no respect or concern for their customer! There are way too many pizza places in the area for them to be treating their customers with suck low quality of service!
I ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad, and was informed that delivery would take about 30 minutes. After waiting an hour, I received a call saying my order was on its way but had been delayed. Ultimately, the food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after placing the order. The pizzas were cold upon arrival, and as shown in the photo, the Caesar salad was nothing like a traditional Caesar salad—just shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and ranch dressing. If I hadn't already paid by credit card, I would have canceled my order.
This place is truly the best! I can't believe those negative reviews – they must have been written by people who don’t appreciate great food. If you want amazing pizza, forget about Dominos; they take forever. If you're feeling lazy, just drive over to Mama's instead! It's frustrating to see such bad comments about a restaurant that really deserves to be celebrated as one of the best in the city. That's a fact!
The crust is thin with a nice pillow-y edge. The sauce is very subtle (and I like that) and the cheese is melted evenly. The pizza was hella greasy (I like that too). It's definitely a classic American style pie. The website was easy to navigate and the pizza was ready to pickup before the quoted time. I'm not buying pizza since I found New Millennium. The best pizza in Inglewood. Much better than your standards like domino?s, pizza hat papa johns. The pizza here has an authenticity from this world. I recommend you next time a desire for pizza check-out this place the workers are really nice all the time paying attention to detail. I'm glad I found this place????????????
