Chicken wasn’t cooked and was like rubber! Salt and pepper chicken tasted fishy and not cooked/like rubber again Pork balls hardly any meat and full of fat When calling to complain they said they precooked the chicken and then reheated, they have complained to the supplier due to the standard of the chicken so why would you sell it if there is issues Managed to get a refund after I had to rebag everything back up to be taken back £45 waste of money and will not be eating there again I got a further call back asking why I didn’t put the duck in the bag that we half eaten, to be told I won’t be allowed to eat from there again and I’m black listed!!
Ordered over the phone to pick it up was told 20mins so i went there 25mins later and it was not resdy i had to wait another 15 to 20 mins in the shop there staff are rude and there chicken balls are discusting the worst i have ever tasted do not recomend this Chinese at all avoid at all costs
Always order from this place as they have never disappointed, always good food that arrives fast. Staff on the phone and delivery staff are friendly and are English so no miscommunication.

Took too long for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The crackers were missing, and when they finally sent some out, they were stale.
I ordered 2 portion special chow mien it’s worst food ever they no put chicken no pork nothing inside just only noodles and onion it’s disgusting
We've used them for years. Only time we had a late delivery was on a Saturday night when they were really busy. We've always liked the food

Worst Chinese in nuneaton. £3.70 for a slice of bread with prawn pate. Avoid and use hidden dragon
