around 19 o'clock we set ourselves to a table with 3 people, until the first drink order it has taken a little longer than usual. then the drinks came. after that, no more. even after several questions, where our food remains, nothing came. a drink was delivered in the meantime. the side table got to eat after approx. an hour, although they had only ordered 20-30 minutes after us. other drinks ordered were not served. the then ordered bill did not come. after almost 2 hours (!) we put the money for the drinks on the table and left the load. because we had really hungry, there was something to eat next door at a Turkish restaurant.You had noticed that something was not fitting in new orleans, probably a personal bottle, but I have never experienced that. the few services were totally overwhelmed, they ran regularly with only one eating or drink through the load, everything looked pretty uncoordinated. I understand if it takes longer, but then I can expect it to be communicated to the customer. but just don't say anything and let the customers starve, don't worry. not even an apology or a free drink, there was nothing at all.I was here often, there were no problems with the service, rather the opposite, but what happened yesterday was undiskutabel. I'm not going to avoid the new orleands. I can't evaluate the otherwise good eating because I just got nothing.
the new orleans impresses with its cozyness, the very fixed and good service and with great eating. with the burgers you can never do anything wrong, the wedges are top, cocktails always go and my favorite are (?) the beef enchiladas. I'll feed each time and never regret it! super load with original ambiente. not necessarily super-fancy, but always worth his visit!
the foods are partly overpriced (especially appetizer and finger food), the only thing that was fresh was the salad set. the remaining tasted only after finished products which were stirred together. I'm really disappointed. Actually, I'd just forgive one point, but since I'm at least tired, there's another one.
