What an idea to visit DAX before an feria! Almost everything is closed and cloisonné and it is by chance that we settled at the brewery at 1:00. And we were very pleasantly surprised. Super nice home, choice of varied dishes including the menu of the day (with drink) that we chose. Unpretentiously, it was good, efficient service, very correct price, and all this with the smile of the 3 servers (unlike what we read on other reviews). Anyway: nice stage for lunch.

Absolutely extra tuna Steak, perfect cooking accompanied by a great sauce and grenaille apples without reproach. Super tender and tasteful snack. Gaufres that I didn't taste but my friends enjoyed it. A small flat for the burnt cream whose consistency was not all done. Warm welcome. Excellent service.
