Great beer and friendly crowd. They opened at 5 and quickly filled up. I tried the Cloudcover IPA, which was solid— hazy and packed with hops. The Connecticut beer scene appears to be quite regulated, but it seems to be thriving like a resilient little flower pushing through a crack in the pavement. Wishing you all the best, and keep brewing that great beer!

so cool to see how this place has evolved. I am no longer a big IPA guy but for CT, very few places are on their level on that style particularly. The downside is when it comes to pretty much any other style. Nothing is bad, but they know their bread is buttered by IPAs.

We had a baby shower for our son and daughter in law last weekend in the Barrel Room and it was amazing! The space, the food, the drinks and the staff were very accommodating! TJ was so helpful with the planning-I would highly recommend!

Got two drinks and a sample and they were great; especially the coffee stout. I did not get any of the food but the pizza looked like it was very good. Would recommend.

Amazing funk music, brews, meatballs AND pizza that puts even Pepes to shame. Service was impeccable despite the crowd. You rock I’ll be back!!!!

Charged first then told after they didn’t have the items in stock, switched me to something cheaper and did not pay back the difference

Some of the best beer and pizza in Connecticut. Chill environment with games and large tables for the kids. Highly recommend.
