Were here several times. The food felt like it got worse after each visit. If you order something extra (e.g. bacon for a hamburger) it doesn't come and you have to ask again. This has happened about 5 times now. Ordered a beer today and after we paid and looked at the receipt it said WITH BALLPOINT AND BY HAND! “2x” beer written where the machine only printed out once. They would have refunded us the money but we let it go and will not visit this restaurant again in the future. It's a real shame that the organization in this restaurant is so bad.
Schoko Frappe für 10.– bestellt und bekommen habe ich im Grunde ein Glas Nesquik mit normaler Milch. Das Glas ist mir runtergefallen, ich bekam zwar ein neues, musste dafür aber nochmal 10.– zahlen, weil ich laut Kellnerin das billige Glas ersetzen musste. Top Service. Heute kostet so ein Frappe übrigens 13.–. Sympathie in diesem Cafe gibt es auch nicht.

Location is great for my taste (industrial area) The ambience is really well done, you really have a NY feeling. The service is really great, food comes very quickly. And the food is simply TOP. The only nitpick I'll add is that we had a starter, but it came with the main course... But otherwise great, keep it up, we'll definitely be back.
We went here for a quick burger at lunch time, it's not the easiest place to find but it was worth the trip. The food was well cooked and prepared pretty quickly, perfect for a lunch break. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and the prices were very much fair for Switzerland.

It is really nice place to chill and eat/drink cocktails. The thing is that the simple coke is too expensive for being filled from the bottle, 0.5L you pay 5 CHF, not even the fuel is that expensive. The food is so tasty and the stuff is really nice. Highly recommended.
