We went to Toms Urban twice. The first time was great, food was exceptional, service, no complaints other than we hardly saw our waitress. The second time we went was awful. There was 4 of us and 2 of the burgers were flavorless and then 2 of us got the breakfast platter and everything was burnt and hard and dry. The server was much better though. The second time was such a disappointment especially for our last meal in Vegas. If you are going to eat here the food seems inconsistent.
We took family there who was from out of town. It was their first time visiting Tom's. The food was very good, but a little on the pricey side. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great table right off the strip, which they were able to accommodate per my request through Open Table. If you're looking for a casual place with lively music off the strip to go to dinner, I would definitely recommend.
Our server, Michael, was friendly and helpful. The food did take a bit longer than expected and the price seemed a bit high. Taste of food was great overall and the beverages were really good, too. We all enjoyed the uniqueness of the menu and will return to try something different next time.
We dined here before going to the Vegas Knights game. The happy hour is amazing and it’s right next to the venue seems like a no brainer. I told all my friends about this place because it was so amazing. Service was impeccable. Thank you for a great night! Reserva una mesa ahora
Sat outside on the outdoor patio, great view of the strip. Food was good, the ginger chicken pot sticker salad was amazing although the service was unfriendly and very slow. If you're not in a hurry, try this place.
Horrible service. Took 10 minutes for waiter to take our order. Food arrived with us having any silverware, napkins, or condiments. Saw him 2 more times the rest of the right.
Another pre-VGK game meal. Marie was our server. She was outstanding!!! Great beer and I had the All American Burger. It was another great experience at Tom's!

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
