Place has really gone down hill. Complete opposite of how it used to be. Line was long, food was ice cold and took forever. Have been coming here for 20 years but will not be coming back. Also over priced now, $120 for 4 people to have breakfast that was hardly edible. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have gone to Newcomb-Farms-Family-Restaurant since I was in elementary school. Literally, the only restaurant my Cape family would go to when visiting. So good with a cozy family feel. Expect a wait but it's worth it!

He came here for the first time in a mood today. So glad I found this place! Service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. I love breakfast and the filled French toast was absolutely amazing. I'll be back!!

Service staff was great! Very friendly. Food was delicious and quickly came out! It was about 25 years since I had eaten this place and must say that it was just as good as I remember! I would definitely recommend!

We love this restaurant! Bright, clean, and welcoming, the entire meal always runs smoothly! Kid friendly and accommodating (great kids menu), we always have a delicious and pleasant meal!

Excellent breakfast, lunch dinner items. Prompt, friendly service. They serve breakfast all day. Yesterday I had French Toast with a side of bacon.

Loved the teriyaki steak tips, tender big and juicy, they give great portions, and the service is excellent, I would highly recommend
