Newk's Eatery - Reservar una mesa

Newk’s Eatery in Albany is one of my family’s favorite lunch places to eat in Albany, GA. Food is consistently great. Atmosphere is nice and staff are very friendly. Tonight I went to eat by myself. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and 1/2 club sandwich pairing. Tonight, the restaurants is out of tortilla chips and there are no breadsticks to put in the soup. But yet I paid full price and no one even apologized for small inconvenience. What would happen if I tried to pay less for the product that I didn’t receive to my fullest expectation? I will come back to restaurant unless a pattern of poor management becomes the new normal!

1st time here, never heard of them. Best greek salad I've ever had, Chicken Pesto sandwich was good too. Even the Pizza tasted good, i dont love pizza but it tasted fresh, it clearly hadnt been sitting for hours. Tomato Basil soup was tad salty but good flavor. It's been a while since I ate here last. Prices ha e gone up a lot and food portions were smaller. Disappointed for sure. Doubt I'll return. This is becoming the norm though across the board. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great people, great food, great location. Good service is one thing but them genuinely interacting with you is another. Great location doesn't hurt either!
