My family has been a patron of this location for years. Our visit tonight was very frustrating. Start with paying for fountain drinks and be given the free water cups while others including the staff are drinking out of the fountain drink Newks branden cups. We had an issue finding a clean booth. When the food arrived we were given very flimsy plastic forks and spoons to eat our food with. While eating I noticed the window seals that are over booth seats had not been dusted in several weeks. Probably will not be back to this location.
Good cajun shrimp salad with avocado. Nice spice on the shrimp but not that painful heat that sometimes happens with 'cajun '. Minor detail it seems that if one orders the dressing on the side they have to pay for an extra dressing vs it just on the side. Not enough to detract from food, just, odd. Nice staff. Nice restaurant. Lovely patio! Vegetarian options: Salads n pizza can all be no meat, no cheese, etc as desired. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with good parking.
I eat here quite a bit and I rather enjoy it. However I am giving one star because of mediocre food. Ill order extra pepperoni on a pizza and it doesnt has extra at all. Today I ordered a newk cheesesteak with extra pimento cheese and onions, yet it was just the average normal amount. Im glad I stopped tipping because today was the last time Im wasting my money here.
I was hoping for two freshly made salads instead of pre-packaged ones. Some staff members seemed quite unhappy that I chose not to go with the grab-and-go options. I apologized for the inconvenience, but they just turned their backs and shook their heads in disgust. I won't be returning to this location again.

Wow! The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious—plus, it's healthy too! The customer service is outstanding. This was my first time visiting, and I was so impressed that I returned the same day with my family. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Newk's is consistently fantastic. However, it gets incredibly busy during lunchtime. I wonder what causes that?
Super friendly staff and great food it was my first time trying this place, and I was not disappointed.
