WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS!! I was charged $30 for three junior Awful Awfuls, an employee also wrote in their own tip of $10 after the receipt was handed back to them on Wednesday, May 17th. I called them out on the mistake and they “fixed it”. They did not. I received a cash refund for the incorrect price of the Awful Awfuls (they gave me back $13 and change after the “correction” when I was given that they did not account for or get rid of that $10 “tip” whomever decided was appropriate to fill in themselves, which I found out yesterday after the pending charge that didn’t include the tip finally went through. Totally inappropriate! Who would ever tip $10 for something that should have totaled $...

Excellent! Excellent! On Saturday in the cream for my niece's birthday. There were 7 of us. The person who sat us greeted us with a smile and was very nice. The waitress, I wish I could remember her name was fantastic. She was so brilliant, especially to serve 7 people; she was very attentive and very quiet. The orders were perfect. All our meals came out as we asked for them, best hamburgers I had in a long time, it was just the kind I asked, big job cook! The prices were what we had expected, everything shot at the price, but it doesn't matter to pay the extra if you have a good meal and service. The first time I've dined there, I had a lot more food in my pocket. This time boil crabs, potatoes, half ear of corn, shrimp heads of Cajun sauce; but less food. Same price. I was disappointed by BC I had a few spots to eat seafood, but told my guest that this was the place. Service was good. In my opinion, CDC building lines were back in a not crowded restaurant. I don't think I'm returning because of the amount of food. We were hungry a HR later thought n was going to bite somewhere else.

Since I am a local, I have been in the Newport Creamery a lot. It's good food for what they are. Best Vanilla Shake aka the Awful Awful around. Good senior choice and prices. And my darling, they grilled hot dogs and rolls. Great family restaurant.

Nostalgia at its finest. Been eating Newport Creamery since my childhood and the food and service has always been great as long as I can remember. Awesome breakfast, hearty lunches and sweet desserts. A New England Classic.
