Newsome Fisheries - Reserva de mesa

Nice fish and chips but very pricey I know somebody who lives locally who is going into town every week to have fish and chips at Sharky's down by the open market. Sharkeys eat in price medium Fish Small chips small peas £6.20. Same at Newsome fisheries that I got today £8.15. They need to be careful because Edwards fish and chip shop down at Bradley has closed down completely since this cost of living crisis.

Had alot of Fish Chips in my time but these are honestly the best in Huddersfield. The chips were cooked to perfection and the fish was amazing! Whatever you guys are doing, don’t change it! Ps they even offer free ketchup which is unusual nowadays with all these money grabbing chippy owners! Will defo come again

Tried this place after reading the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. It reminded me of how chippies used to be. You could see the fryer with his fish which he battered and cooked perfectly. Not a pizza oven or kebab in sight so they concentrate on what they do best good old fashioned fish and chips.

Travel from S Wales visiting family monthly. and so look forward to Newsome fish and chips. Always excellent quality fish crisp batter and continue to be good value.
