This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We had made reservations a week in advance. When we got there we were placed at the back of the restaurant. No one came to check our order for over 20 minutes from seating time. I had to physically find a server and they all had an excuse why they couldn't take our order.once we finally managed to place our order we waited for over an hour for any of our order to arrive. what arrived was minimal and not enough for a party of 6.No water was served. amazing delicious food! I went to the counter to pay for money. I noticed that we were charged $12 for 2 bottle local beer. the menu says $5.00 each. when I asked, the dame behind the counter said that they did not update their menu prices yet. the bill was handwritten and was calculated manually in the calculator directly in front of me and she would not give me a copy of the bill she wrote. I should have made a picture of it when she refused, but I only thought about it afterwards. Eating was great and service is excellent! we even have a sweet soup-free dessert!

Great place to share many dishes with family/friends. Authentic Chinese food, has an expansive menu, many dim sum dishes. Start off with a classic pot of jasmine/green tea, large space inside, portions are HUGE! Prices are very reasonable, especially if you're in a larger group of say... 4-6 people. Terrible experience. If you aren't Asian don't expect any kind of service or hospitality. I had to ask 5 different staff why we weren't being served. No one would approach our table. Waited 20 minutes to even have water served. Waited for 2 hours for our food to be partially served while their Asian clients were being served promptly. They still charged us for the full oder even tho only a miniscule part was served.

I came here with my wife to try their Peking Duck 3 ways (Peking duck skin/wrap, lettuce wrap with duck meat and veggies, and duck soup). It was good for the area and the server was quite attentive. Food quality was good and came out in a timely manner. They also provided a small dessert at the end which made the meal that much better. I would definitely come back to this place.

This restaurant is one of the best places for dim sum in Ottawa. The service is excellent and very quick (we were there at noon when the restaurant was packed, but we waited no more than 10 minutes before being seated). The parking can be a bit limited, but if you have to wait for a spot, rest assured it's worth it!

This restaurant is spacious and offers a buffet option, but diners can also choose to order from the menu. The waiter was attentive to my allergies and informed me that most of the vegetable dishes are vegan. I had a great experience and look forward to trying more dishes in the future! It was my first time for take out in this place. The taste was very good, delicious and tasty. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking to try tasty new and delicious plates. My first spot to go whenever I want to eat good food

My father was a Cantonese chef. He would agree with all the positive reviews, and it's not just because we are not related to the owners. A genuine 5-course meal for two can cost as little as $50, as we experienced today.
