The salmon of the day at fish market on 26Mar17 was ????Nicholas Seafood???? I usually walk around each shop to check the best fish of the day because each shop has something fresh than other shops. Only focused on tuna & salmon today. Tuna was too red to be fresh everywhere. Only one shop had almost fresh tuna sashimi and gave a miss. The tourists were buying massive live king size lobster at Nicholas Seafood which was really look heavy, strong & powerful. It was such an active lobster, the staff couldn't keep hold on to it. Siempre ocupado, así que ven temprano. Los mariscos son tan frescos, ya que viene especialmente el pescado de la cáscara. Ojalá los cocineros fueran más hábiles con la cocina cantonesa / china. Always busy, so come early. Seafood is as fresh as it comes especially the shell fish. I wish the cooks were more skillful with Cantonese/Chinese cooking. Service is so-so, after all they are terribly busy. Limited seating indoors during peak hours. And outdoor seatings comes with few dangers, sea gulls, gust of wind that can blow off your plastic plates especially when you are nearly finished. Mi lugar 'Go-to' para Sashimi, cuando estoy en los mercados de mariscos. Porciones frescas, asequibles y generosas! El único inconveniente es asentamiento y a veces la limpieza del área de comer. Pájaros que cagan en las mesas fuera de las conchas sobrantes en las mesas que no se limpian.
