Nickelby's - Reserva de mesa

I had an incredible first visit a few years ago—the food, service, everything was top-notch. On my second visit, while the food was still good, the service had declined. However, today’s experience was quite disappointing. Everyone working there seemed unhappy, and the cashier lacked any customer service skills. I ordered the smoked salmon on a bagel, but I ended up tossing it when I got home because the bagel was so hard that I couldn't even bite into it. The cream cheese and capers were just piled in the middle instead of being spread out. My cold brew coffee was mostly ice, and the cheese danish left much to be desired.

Me and my family have been customers here for years, we loved their doughnuts and cinnamon rolls. About two years ago they changed their supplier and now the doughnuts taste like cardboard. But their cinnamon rolls were great. But when we came back this year we found that their cinnamon rolls have been changed too. We also found that the price of their bagel sandwiches has been hiked and they now cost $7. Completely disappointed that this great establishment is selling such obviously cheap goods. Anyone looking for good food should go to Maryanne,‘a for their great pastries or Blitz’s for their food.

The sandwiches themselves were good—not the best bagel I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. We considered trying the brioche bun instead, but overall, it did the job and provided tasty nourishment. I would rate the sandwich a 4 out of 5, but the counterman's attitude earns a 2, resulting in an average rating of 3 stars.

Excellent experience!!! Blonde girl working at register was SO GREAT!! Gave us recommendations not only for delicious food (I got the porkroll breakfast sandwich ? , but for fun activities around Sea Isle.... That's customer service!!!!! I will most definitely be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really adore this charming little spot. However, I can't help but wonder what happened to the donuts! They used to be overflowing with delicious cream, but now they're lacking. I'm feeling quite let down. Please make some improvements!

A definite go-to for us when we visit Sea Isle on vacation each Summer. Great coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. It wouldn't be a Sea Isle vacation without hitting up Nickelby's during the week!
