Well I can't review the products because this place doesn't return calls , messages or answer the phone . I drove 45 minutes to visit this place , when I get there they have sign on the door saying you have to make an Appointment to talk to someone . Wonder how that happens when they don't answer the phone or return messages , I was standing at the door and a woman walked by the door looked at me and didn't say a thing or even gesture to call or anything !!!! Typical for a Business in this area I guess , took my business elsewhere and made a purchase... my opinion to anyone do your business with a company that wants it ...
I just bought my second Club Car from Nick's, and I had a wonderful experience. The owner, Shawn, made the process smooth and enjoyable. We settled on a fair price, and the sale went through without any issues. Jeramy informed me that it would take about two weeks to build the cart and promised to keep me updated. On Monday, he called to arrange the delivery for Wednesday, and he followed up on Wednesday morning to confirm the delivery time. The service was outstanding. Alan delivered the cart and was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the features of the new model. Shawn and his team are fantastic!
I needed service for my golf cart and noticed one of their trucks on the road. I reached out via text with a few questions, and the representative was very friendly and helpful—definitely a 10 for customer service! Feeling encouraged, I called the company but didn’t get an answer, and my calls were never returned. I really wanted to share a positive review because of the kindness I experienced through texting. Unfortunately, the lack of response from whoever handles phone calls is why I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
