I am a habitual reviewer, having written hundreds of reviews. Unfortunately, some of them were not fun to write. This one, however, is one that I will truly enjoy writing. On Tuesday November 7, 2023 at around 4:30 pm my wife and I stopped by Nick’s for an early dinner. We are East coasters who just happened to be in the area with no prior knowledge of dining options. What a delight our visit to Nick’s turned out to be! We were greeted by a very friendly host who immediately seated us in the outdoor corner where we asked to be. Soon after we were seated, our waiter, Steve, stopped by to welcome us and take our drink order. We asked for a couple of carafes of wine, and he brought our glasses...
The food is excellent, looks great on the plate and price is reasonable for the quality. I only had take out so I don't know about the ambiance or service but it appeared to be very nice inside. And the host/hostess who brought the food to me was very pleasant and friendly. I had the baby back ribs, mashed potatoes and petite bistro salad which was outstanding, filling and prepared to perfection. I also had the shrimp taquito appetizer which is a wonderful twist on a taco and shrimp roll. It was delicious!!
Stopped in after yoga and a massage so obviously I was super casual. No worries. Sat at the bar for a glass of pinot grigio and the California salad. Seriously one of the best salads I've ever had. The dates made it pop! Great meal. Great service. Great vibe.
We walked in around 3pm on a Saturday. The food was delicious, service was great and fast. We got the spinach artichoke app and it was DELICIOUS the birder and sandwich were so juicy and fresh and the hot towels were a super nice touch

Had a lovely birthday dinner here for my sister while she was visiting LA. Good food, nice ambiance (we sat on the patio because we brought out pup) service is always good. Drinks were ok, not exceptional.

Food and service is always good! Nice vibe and ambiance. Various seating options. Bistro salad is a must try along with the butter cake.
