Last night was our first and last time ordering from Nick's Pizza. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite, and he was the only positive part of the experience. He informed us that our simple order would take just over an hour, which we accepted since it was a Friday night. There is a man standing out back and I politely asked him for directions to a building for an interview I had. The man was completed rude and disrespectful. Do NOT eat here. The man was clearly one of the cooks because he wore an apron. He was on hiscellphone when I approached him. He looked directly at me and spit towards my girlfriend and I for no apparent reason. I found my experience at Nick's Pizza to be quite confusing and upsetting. Being African American like the staff member I encountered, I was taken aback by the blatant disrespect shown to me. My girlfriend was so disturbed by the situation that she even considered calling the police, as she has never encountered anything like this, especially from such a small pop-up pizzeria. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable. Had I approached him with an attitude or without a greeting, I could understand a negative response, but I was polite.

If you're seeking good service, I recommend being cautious. The management really needs to work on their people skills to create better relationships with customers and employees alike. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is questionable, raising concerns about food preparation practices. It’s concerning that patrons may not be aware of how their food is prepared, resulting in a lack of cleanliness standards. Overall, the food fails to impress and is no better than a homemade meal.

Anybody who calls themselves a manager needs to learn proper people skills if you 're going to have good relations with customers and employees.Dirty shop practices are a disgrace. My favorite item to order is the beef cheesesteak with sharp provolone, fried onions, and fried long shots and it is always, without adoubt, hands-down the best!!! I'm not saying that they don't make mistakes and get backed up with deliveries, but they arehuman. It can get really crazy in there, but is worth the wait.

My favorite order is the beef cheesesteak with sharp provolone, fried onions, and fried long shots—it's absolutely the best! If I had only tried the hot turkey platter once, I would never order it again. The delicious homemade turkey I used to enjoy was replaced with deli turkey this time, which was really disappointing. If you’ve switched to lunch meat for the platter, I definitely won’t be ordering it anymore. It’s a shame because it used to be a fantastic dish I ordered several times a month. I can’t justify paying for lunch meat.
