The outside seating is great. It is right on the Potomac River walk. You can see the Kennedy Center and Watergate Building down the river. There is a plaza with a large water fountain. It is beautiful. That’s where it ends. The place is directly under the flight path on planes taking off from Reagan International Airport every 2 minutes. It is so loud that you can’t speak to a person across the table. To top that off we were buzzed by about 15 hot shot government helicopters, which were louder than the plane. This ruined the whole experience. I would not go back. If you like to listen to jets flying less than 1,000 feet above you, then go.
