Great character filled pub in a really unusual historic building. Split over 2 floors with most of the tables/dining area upstairs. Very small bar area and not that much available on draft. But they do make good use of the space they have. Nice decor mix of traditional old Scottish and modern contemporary, with ornate original architecture combined with iconic vinyl record covers on the walls. It's one of the more unique pubs and definitely worth a visit if you're in Stirling.

Simply brilliant! Visited there for some food, yet besides that we got a very warm welcome, good music, great vibe as well... Of course the food was great too. I was recommended burgers by the staff member and I was not dissapointed. Rich, tasty and well priced. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely a place to stop by when visiting Stirling!

Cosy wee pub, warm and welcoming to dogs You know your not in a place you should drink the wine when you ask what they have and the answer is red or white None the less, friendly staff and a good pint to be had. This wee pub sticks to what it knows and I like it

Very rude barman told me to Stop watching football that I had on my mobile phone . Not sure why this was upsetting him as I obviously wasn't upsetting anyone as it was down low ! I carried on and finished my drink and left as I obviously wasn't welcome! Reserva una mesa ahora

Only had a drink here. Although the food looked good, the background music was good, the general atmosphere was very good. The place was too cold for us, it being a wet damp day, and we elected to move on. With regret, I might add

In a brief trip to Stirling, I came here three times. Once at night, twice during the day. Nightime atmosphere was great, with live music. Food in the daytime was lovely. I wish I lived in Stirling so this would be my local.

Nice place to have lunch with friends, the stuff is very nice and helpful and the food is well served, with good proportion and typical of the place.

Great little bar with loads of character. Service was perfect. Food was top notch.. strongly recommend the Balmoral Burger
