Nicky's The Real Mccoy

I'm very strict on customer service because when I was working for a business establishment I was ranked number one for 3 years in my district for customer service so I take it in love and heart of how I treat people how I treat my own family especially when someone is bringing their business to that establishment. The employees must be up to par within caring and I don't see that anymore and it's pretty much as the attitude of let me get paid go back to my own business/ family you know. I can understand that so maybe customer service is dying that's why they're going to replace them with robots but the reason why I gave the rating here at Nikki's is because the customer service is just there, it's nothing to write home about we can see that people really want to go home instead of really caring to people. But the food is always been a restaurant top quality and a fast food setting that's what has set Nicky's apart from all the competition for over the past 40 years ,there legendary for their food. Vegetarian options: People are aware of the health benefits to a better life and vegetarian food is in demand. This business needs to cater towards vegetarian more.

Ok . So This is my Second time here.. I usually give Restaurants second chances and then thats it..well, The first time I did order a Gyro... The bread was Flimsey and semi hard.. second time. Which was pretty recent..On June. 4, 2023 saturday evening I tried once more. So I get there and order from the lady at the cash register that had an Attitude already and did not smile at me.. So, that upsetted me because if you are working anf have a bad attutude then do something else for a profession. She took my order which was 2hot dogs and fry.. so i get home ready to eat it andi got barely any Fries which you will see in the photo.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE- RUDE, NOT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. AND VERY CHEAP ON THERE FRIES! TO: THE OWNER... PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO SMILE AND BE COURTEOUS TO CUSTOMERS??? THANK YOU. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Awesome always cooked on site and warm and very good. Tasty food cannot tell you how NICE it is to HAVE A place nearby
