Unfortunately, our visit yesterday was very disappointed! Have been to this restaurant several times, always with friends who were thrilled. But because of yesterday's evening, we will no longer visit this location: price performance, especially for drinks, is not true! Map minimalist, service leaves much to be desired....some paintings asked for bread and drinks! Operation rude, apparently overwhelmed? Ask after you take the box with the invoice, what you want to return to the difference amount (calculation amounted to 182.50 euros, in the invoice case 200 euros)! Did you ask her tip? Our acquaintances didn't get your billing box back, so you couldn't get a picture of the individual drinks...

... we stayed at the fantastic restaurant at Fam. Burbach with 5 people. You really feel there as a guest, individually cared for by the ladies of the service under the direction of Mrs. Burbach. Food is an experience. Beginning with finger food and amuse bouche, which alone are tastefully outstanding. Then the menu or even the à la carte delicacies in a successful cycle. All tastefully superb and handcrafted by H. Burbach with his brigade. The Niedmühle is unique in our area. Thank you for the nice evening at Fam. Burbach

We were once again delighted by the Sylvestermenu 2022/2023 .A culinary highlight, which was both the food and the wine journey in a wonderful atmosphere. What keeps us excited about in the Niedmühle are the balanced portion sizes that lead to a pleasant saturation . Just like many courses it is, it is never too much .After espresso and digestif there is a cozy room with a comfortable bed . Perfect! The next morning breakfast will delight the guest again! We were there last Saturday, on our wedding day. From the map with a lot of choice we had already decided for the gourmet menu. The selection of wines left the restaurant the small wine journey with wines corresponding to the dishes has not disappointed us as well as the menu served in a pleasant rhythm of attentive and friendly service. We like to come back!

Excellent service by professionals. A really incredible kitchen! We had a five-course manoeuvre that made us speechless. Enjoyment at the highest level! Wine selection is very good. The hotel rooms are fine. Very quiet. The ambience is true!

Nicely located restaurant in the green directly on the Nied. Very attentive and friendly services. Very fine food, there was no reason to complain. We are happy to go back there anytime. Full score, was a very nice and nice evening.
