Kopie der Mail z.H. der Geschäftsleitung die bis heute nicht beantwortet wurde nach unserem Besuch im April. ich war gestern mit meiner Frau bei Ihnen im Restaurant zu Gast und es war der unangenehmste Restaurantbesuch den wir je erlebt haben. Wir waren für 18 Uhr dort ohne Reservierung, was kein Problem war. Wir wurden nett empfangen, uns wurden die Jacken abgenommen und wir wurden in den Wintergarten geführt. Hat uns von Beginn an gut gefallen. Bedient wurden wir von Beginn an von einer schlanken schwarzhaarigen älteren Frau. Mein Frau hat ein kleines alkoholfreies Getränk bestellt und wollte das Bio Lachsfilet. Dies war dann wohl nicht verfügbar, was uns aber erst bei Bestellung mitgeteil...

Yesterday evening we stayed at Stefan Burbach at the restaurant Niedmühle, Bar Lounge at the BBQ menu 2017 in the restaurant garden. Unfortunately, the event had to be moved in rain and unpleasant 13°C. But good, important is on the plate! And then we were not disappointed. Stefan Burbach manages to cook his dishes perfectly, dressed and refined at the tables despite completion (68 seats). Everything was very good for us! For years we have been satisfied guests of this restaurant. The food is incredibly good and worth every cent. The wine card offers something to everyone and also offers one or the other secret tip. The service around Tamara Burbach, Carmen Jungmann and Co. acts sovereignly and makes every visit a special evening. We wanted to arrive on a Saturday in the Niedmühle with 4 people for dinner in a reckless manner without reservation. The restaurant couldn't accommodate us anymore, but: Chef Tamara Burbach has served us absolutely friendly, very supportive and booked us a table in another restaurant. Here the food is simply a pleasure! Both for the eyes and for the palate: I eat every time the gooseberry as an appetizer this is just the hammer! However, I have not been disappointed by any court. Very nice staff. Dinner was great and the rooms were perfect. The staff for breakfast I would like to mention especially, with lots of hosts charm and patience they have helped us a great breakfast, although we have a bit early on

We were thrilled. Were there with friends and come again and again. Even my wife who doesn't like fish has come to taste. Great service, great dishes, it just did everything.

Excellent kitchen. Very attentive, but in no way urgent service. Price performance fits. We like to come back.
