Nielsen's Frozen Custard

Really good ice cream and food. I would probably give a higher rating but the last 3 times I’ve been inside to avoid the heat, there’s this broken machine or something in the back, it’s super loud and super annoying, sounds like someone is just constantly hammering metal on metal. It disrupts the ENTIRE RESTAURANT. My friend and I sat as far away as possible inside the store, away from the machine and it was still so loud we were yelling over each other. We opted to eat outside even though it was 97 degrees

Bathrooms were on the outside of the building and there are no restroom signs. The dining room is pretty boring, there was a loud freezer? noise coming from the kitchen the entire time and a slight dingy smell throughout the building. The burger was bland, fries were meh and they made it clear they don't offer drink refills. The custard is good. Go for the custard but get your burgers and fries elsewhere.

Drive through window kid had his gloves on the whole time, taking money, very gross looking gloves, and then worse was grabbing our shakes by the rims to bring them over. I wish they were trained to inky use gloves to protect germs getting into the shakes, not to protect their hands. It was gross.

One of the employees, named Noah, is truly a standout. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I observed him taking orders, serving food, and even cleaning up spills during our visit. And I must say, the concretes are fantastic! Reserva una mesa ahora

Overhyped ice cream parlor. Still good ice cream to enjoy cool off, but nothing special about it. This location had a lot of parking modern-antique appearance, which is a plus. Will I try it again, sure. Will I go out of my way for it, NO!!

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and offers tasty food. The dishes were quite satisfying, and the frozen custard was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful time!

The custard is absolutely amazing—definitely my favorite! The staff is young, so they can be a bit less friendly and organized at times, but the food is delicious!
