Night Swan Intracoastal Bed And Breakfast

The Night Swan is by far the best place to stay in NSB. My family and I have been fortunate enough to stay several times and are always amazed with the cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, and views!!! We stayed in the Mainsail most recently and it was extremely spacious and comfortable, I can not recommend this room enough. Natalie and David go above and beyond for their guests and you can tell by how well maintained and cleanly the rooms are. Also the bed was INSANELY comfy. Not too soft, not too firm, just perfect! Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast is probably one of the best places to stay at in New Smyrna! I had the opportunity to stay here as a plus one for a wedding back in October. I did not know anyone except for my date. The owners were so kind and generous. The food that was prepared was delicious, the rooms were always kept clean, and the atmosphere feels so safe and has such a good vibe! I spent some time talking with the owners while the wedding party had their festivities to take part in. They were such great people and made me feel so welcome. The last day of my stay I even got to go fishing on their son’s boat with his girlfriend and caught a fish! I highly recommend choosing this...

Wow!!! The Night Swan was an unbelievable experience for the entire family! The location is phenomenal! The rooms are super clean and cozy! The breakfast in the morning were exceptional! The kids enjoyed the ice cream and fishing on the dock every night! The hospitality from Dave did not go unnoticed either! We will be back very soon and I have not stopped telling our family and friends all about our time there!!!

A Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable, clean and lovely location. An absolutely beautiful property. The history of the town shows in this prime location. Enoyed a peacful and sunny morning having a complimentary homemade breakfast in the dinning room overlooking the bay. Wonderful. Highly recommend. Owners are always warm and welcoming . What a lovely weekend we had at our first stay at the Night Swan! Perfect location by boat, dockage, comfy beds, super clean and charming interior, fresh yummy breakfast, ideal location with easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, fire pit in the evenings, etc. Looking forward to our next visit. Dave and his wife Natalie are amazing! They are super nice and this place was perfect! We went for my sister’s wedding and we stayed here with our family and it was amazing! Definitely will be planning a trip back here soon!

What a great place with great people .they took us In last minute and made us feel at home .came in by boat and they have a beautiful dock and homes.we will be back to stay longer. The Campbell's.
