This place was had a great vibe! There were so many plants that added to the aesthetic. There was also an outdoor seating area which was super cute. The staff was very friendly. The food was made relatively quickly. They also were great at keeping our water cups full and taking away empty plates. We got the deviled egg, mushroom bruschetta, crispy duck confit, steak tartar, and the dinner special: crispy chicken sandwich. The bread here was SO GOOD. It was very crispy and flavorful. Always hospitable service, with kind and thoughtful staff. I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable everyone on the team is menu, beer, wine, and cocktail list. The daily bread is always outstanding and well crafted. Nightingale has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Minneapolis, weather it be for a casual brunch, special occasion dinner, or late night happy hour. It's consistency is appreciated!
I think everything has been said. The service was great and the server was friendly, helpful and was very willing to answer questions. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. My BFF is severely Celiac and vinegar. Since they don't have vinegar in anything she was so excited to be able to eat almost everything and not worry about getting sick!! A good friend took us here recently. Looking at the menu, we enjoyed the creative food. We ordered a couple dishes, and asked for some minor changes. The server was friendly and helpful. Very good. Then, the chef improvised on a dish. I would have never thought of combining the flavors, but they absolutely worked. Simple, but complex. Delicious.

The shrimp and grits on the breakfast menu were absolutely outstanding. For dinner, it was a tough decision, but I highly recommend the chicken liver pâté! The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. I encourage everyone visiting Minneapolis to check this place out!
Never been more appreciative of a family restaurant than this one! Phenomenal food Service five star love this place and would recommend it to anybody and everybody. Keep up the good work can't wait to come back. Best burger in town.
The food, ambiance, and service were all outstanding! I highly recommend the shrimp toast and the grilled octopus! The mussels were also incredible, but I suggest ordering extra toast to soak up every last bit of the delicious broth!
Love this place down, definitely my go-to cuz it’s right in my neighborhood. But the wingsoof. Too salty. Like they marinated them in a bowl of salt water for a week. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everytime I've been here the vibe and conversations and the whole experience has been amazing. The patio is definitely a stop when I'm in town!!! And the staff are knowledgeable and fun at the same time!!! Def five star!!!
The food is fantastic, as are the drinks and wine selection. But best of all it is the service and the low-key neighborhood vibe. And one of the best happy hours in town!
